Shipping Info


We partner with multiple shipping carriers including UPS, US Postal Service, and DHL for your convenience. Please refer to our shipping table for delivery charges and transit times. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be delivered by US Postal Service. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to a P.O. Box address.

All shipments will require 24-72 hours for order processing time. Expedited delivery services are available for an additional fee for in-stock items only. Orders must be placed by 5:00 A.M. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. Please note that expedited delivery services will arrive on business days only. Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error.

•  Return shipping charges may apply for refused or unclaimed packages.
•  A signature may be required upon delivery.
•  Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
•  Our warehouse does not ship orders on weekends or Holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 8:00 A.M. Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
•  Orders shipped via Next Day Air are delivered Monday through Friday only. International shipments will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the type of the products ordered.
•  When the payment method is Paypal, we only ship to the address on the Paypal payment.

 


Free Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE for orders $100 or more shipped within the domestic US 48 states.

Allow 1-2 business days for processing time. All orders are subject to credit card verification and stock availability. Expedited shipments must be placed before 1:00 pm PST/PDT in order to be processed on the same business day. Please note that Expedited delivery services will arrive on business days only.

Enter shipping zip code in your shopping bag and/or in checkout for free standard shipping to be applied. You must select "United States" for country. Valid for FREE U.S. Standard shipping and handling anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Add $100 of qualifying items to your shopping bag. The shipping charge will be deducted from your order after your shopping bag has reached the $100 minimum. Coupons, shipping and handling charges and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase. No substitutions. Not applicable on prior purchases. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

 

International Shipments 
We ship to more than 30 international destinations via worldwide. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the US Postal Service. Orders shipped to Canada will arrive by UPS if it contains perfumery products or alcohol-related items. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or UPS.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Stixie.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Stixie.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Stixie.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us.

Liquid Policy
We do not ship any liquid over 16oz internationally.

Dangerous Goods
Perfumery products and alcohol-related items are classified as ‘dangerous goods’. Due to international postal regulations, we are unable to ship these products by Airmail.

Military APO/FPO and U.S.
Territories We do not ship any liquid or gels to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories, all other items are acceptable. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship Expedited service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses. Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain military addresses may be delayed for up to 8 weeks.

Oversized Packages and Special Circumstances
Please be aware that additional special handling charges may be applied for oversized packages, remote location delivery or high-value orders. We will contact you if your order qualifies for any of the above, and inform you the amount of additional payment that is required. You will be given the option to make payment or cancel your order.

Order Status
For your convenience, Stixie.com will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your order via email. You can also contact our Customer Care department via email: info@stixie.com.

Tracking Number 
For you convenience, Stixie.com will send you an email with the tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to update onto the carrier’s website. 

Change/Modify Order
You may request a change to your order, provided that your order has not already been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment or shipped. Promptly email us the exact changes to your order and include your web confirmation number to info@stixie.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Cancel An Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment or shipped. Promptly email us your cancellation request and include your web confirmation number to info@stixie.com. We will do our very best to cancel the order, and will send a confirmation upon cancellation. If your account has already been charged, you can anticipate a refund to your account within 1-2 business days.

Backorder/Out of Stock
In the rare event an item you purchased is on backorder or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. If your order contains multiple items we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder or cancel the unshipped items. An expected restock date will be provided if available.
